Over the years I have spent time in different industries. I have worked in the hospitality, medical, tourism, retail and public sectors. I have had positions from hostess to management. Today, I actively work with clients in the mental health industry as a clinical intern. One of the main themes I have seen throughout all of my experience is we as humans don’t communicate very well. This is the number one disconnect for us and I believe is at the root of many of our symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. My passion is to help us all connect by teaching effective communication skills. It is not inherent, it is learned
